The Foundation Prospector Program™ is an independent contractor program operated by AccessBridge LLC DBA MediaIn360™. Participation as a Prospector does not constitute employment, a franchise, or a guarantee of any income.
No Income Is Guaranteed. The earnings projections shown on the Prospector program page are illustrative only. They are based on hypothetical conversion rates applied to hypothetical submission volumes. Actual results will vary significantly based on submission quality, market conditions, follow-up consistency, and factors outside the control of MediaIn360™.
Most Prospectors Will Earn Less Than Projections. The conversion rates shown (2% to 5%) represent reasonable estimates based on comparable cold outreach programs. Many Prospectors will earn less. Some will earn nothing. A small number may earn more. Past performance of any comparable program is not a guarantee of future results in this program.
Earnings Depend Entirely On You. The Prospector program provides the submission infrastructure, the report generation system, the outreach package, and the commission on confirmed conversions. Everything else — the quality of submissions, the targeting of businesses, the timing of outreach, and the follow-through on the provided sequence — is the Prospector's responsibility.
The $0.99 Submission Fee Is Non-Refundable. Each submission costs $0.99 regardless of whether the submission qualifies, whether a report is generated, or whether a sale results. Submission fees are charged at the time of submission and are not refundable under any circumstances.
Commission Is Paid On Confirmed Sales Only. A commission of $179 is paid when and only when a business that was submitted by a Prospector completes a verified purchase of The Build product at the current listed price. No commission is paid on Audit purchases, Control purchases, or any other product. No commission is paid on sales that cannot be traced to a verified Prospector submission.
Government and Municipal Entities Do Not Qualify. Submissions of government fleet vehicles, municipal entities, public authority vehicles, school board assets, or any entity owned or operated by a government body do not qualify for report generation or commission. Submission fees for non-qualifying submissions are not refunded.
This Is Not A Business Opportunity, Franchise, or Investment. The Foundation Prospector Program is a performance-based independent contractor arrangement. It does not constitute a business opportunity under any federal or state definition. No franchise fee is charged. No territory is guaranteed. No exclusivity is granted.
